The small business lending organization, KIVA, has launched in the US!  Prior to this recession, it was initiated to provide small loans from one person to another in developing countries.  Now that so many people are losing their jobs and are needing money for bootstrap businesses, they have wisely and kindly launched the program in the US! 

I thought you might want to know.

Please share with anyone who you know that might be interested!

This is a great idea, we just have to get it going. I have sent it to all on my Radicals list and I just spent a couple hours putting a group of my conservative friends up on the site. Thank you for taking the time to do this. Hope it helps to stimulate some work for those listed.
